What Teams does

The Team area in the dashboard lets the account owner invite other users by email. After someone joins, the whole group works in one shared workspace: the same scans, Full Reports, Brand Insights, Query Fan Out results, and content data. Usage limits (reports, Brand Insights runs, content credits, and so on) apply to that shared account, not per person. Billing, subscription changes, and sending invitations stay with the owner. Members use the owner’s plan and quotas while they are on the team.

Who can do what

RoleTypical actions
OwnerInvites members by email, sees pending email invitations (for people who do not have an account yet), can remove members
MemberSees the same analyses and results as the owner; can leave the team; can remove only themselves from the team (not other members)
Only the owner can invite new members.

How invitations work

1

Owner enters an email

In Dashboard → Team, the owner adds an address and sends an invitation.
2

Existing or new user

If the person already has a MakeMeRank account, they get a flow to join the team. If not, an email invitation is created; those links expire after 14 days, and the owner can revoke a pending email invite from the Team page.
3

Accept or decline

Open invitations appear under Open invitations. The invitee can accept or decline. After acceptance, they work in the owner’s account like other members.
If an automatic invitation email cannot be sent, the invitation is still stored: the recipient can see it after sign-in under Team.

One team per user

A user account can only be part of one team at a time (as owner or member). You cannot belong to two different shared accounts in parallel. Someone who already belongs to another team’s account cannot be invited until that situation is resolved.

Where to find it

After login: Dashboard → Team (path in the app: /dashboard/team). For limits that apply to the whole workspace (Full Reports, Brand Insights, and so on), see Plans & Limits.
